UFO CONTACT FROM PLANET APU. Alien ET visitors contacted hydro-electric
plant engineer Vlado Kapetanovic in Peru at the power generating
station. They met him several times on the high Altiplano mountain range
after that. They were treating native Altiplanos who had no access to
